It’s indisputable that someone with a postsecondary degree or certificate will make more money and have more earning [power] than a person who does not.”
The State Policy Agenda is designed for state leaders as a guidepost to increase higher education attainment and reach Goal 2025 – to increase the proportion of Americans with high quality degrees, certificates, and other credentials to 60% by the year 2025.
